Post new posts from a subreddit or a Reddit user to a channel automatically.
Get started in the dashboard
Follow new posts in a subreddit (r/name) or from a user (u/name).
- 1Turn on the Reddit module and open it in the dashboard.
- 2Enter r/name or u/name.
- 3Pick an Alert channel.
- 4Optionally pick a Role to ping and your own text in Custom text (optional).
- 5Click Follow on Reddit.
Custom text can be up to 500 characters and can use {name} (the name), {title} (the post title) and {url} (link to the post).
💡 Old items are not posted, only the ones that come after you added it.
How often is it checked?
- Reddit is checked every 10 minutes.
- If Reddit slows the bot down, it takes a break and tries again later.
- If many new items show up at once, the bot posts at most 3 per check.
Commands
The commands need the Manage Server permission. Without channel: the channel you type in is used.

- A server can follow up to 30 subreddits and users.
- Each can only be followed once per server. To change its channel, ping or text, remove it and add it again.
- If one shows Failing, the last few checks failed in a row. Hover over it to see the error.
- The bot needs View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links in the channel.
- Pinging @everyone is not allowed.
