Server settings

Choose who may use the dashboard, the bot’s language, timezone and default embed colour.

Find the page

Open the server in the dashboard and click Settings in the menu on the left. The settings apply to the bot on the whole server. When you change something, a bar appears at the bottom. Click Save to save or Cancel to undo.

Bot admins

Under Bot admins you decide who may use the dashboard and change the bot’s setup on the server.

  • Always admins shows the roles with "Administrator" or "Manage Server". They always have access, and so does the server owner.
  • Extra admin roles gives more roles dashboard access, even without those permissions. You can pick up to 20 roles.

Only people with "Manage Server" (or the owner) can change Extra admin roles. An extra admin can change the rest of the setup, but not who is an admin.

⚠️ Bot admins can change everything in the dashboard, including moderation and tickets. Only give it to people you trust.

Language

Bot language is the language the bot writes in on the server’s channels. You can pick:

  • Automatic (the server’s Discord language): Danish if the server’s Discord language is Danish, otherwise English.
  • Dansk (Danish)
  • English
💡 Replies only you can see always use your own Discord language. Switch the language of the dashboard itself with DA/EN in the top right.

Timezone

Bot timezone is used when you type a time, for example /event with 21:00 or /movietime. Below the field you can see what time it is in the chosen timezone right now.

Default embed colour

Default embed colour is the colour of the bot’s regular embeds, such as events, LFG and /help. Modules with their own colour keep it. The example next to it shows how it looks.
