Ticket commands
Claim, park, complete, close, reopen and delete tickets, and add or remove people with /ticket.
The commands
All the commands are used inside the ticket channel and act on that ticket. They do the same as the buttons in the ticket.
/ticket claimClaim the ticket. Ticket managers only./ticket parkPark the ticket while you need more time. Ticket managers only./ticket unparkTake a parked ticket up again. Ticket managers only./ticket completeClose the ticket as solved. Ticket managers only./ticket closeClose the ticket. The ticket owner or a ticket manager./ticket reopenReopen a closed ticket. Ticket managers only./ticket deleteDelete a closed ticket and save a transcript in the transcript channel. Ticket managers only./ticket add user:Let someone else read and write in the ticket. The ticket owner or a ticket manager./ticket remove user:Remove someone you added from the ticket. The ticket owner or a ticket manager.Ticket managers are the roles under Ticket managers in the dashboard and everyone with the "Manage Channels" permission.
