Where is the dashboard?
The dashboard is at dash.rimfrost.dk. You log in with your Discord account.
Where can I find help?
All guides are at rimfrost.dk/help. In the dashboard, open them with Help in the account menu in the top right. In Discord, /help lists all the bot’s commands.
Who can use the dashboard?
The server owner and everyone with "Administrator" or "Manage Server". Under Settings you can give more roles access with Extra admin roles.
Why can’t I see my server?
The server list only shows servers where you have dashboard access. If you just got access or added the bot, click Refresh on Your servers.
Why does a command not respond?
Every module starts switched off, and a module that is off ignores commands. Turn the module on on the Overview page or with /modules enable. /help shows which modules are off.
Which languages does the bot speak?
Danish and English. Under Settings you pick the Bot language for the server’s channels. Replies only you can see use your own Discord language.
What happens to our data?
You can read the privacy policy at rimfrost.dk/privacy. If you remove the bot from the server, the server’s data is deleted automatically 30 days later. If the bot comes back before then, your setup is still there.
